5.    How personal data are processed

website

The data collected during the checkout process are first stored on the website https://sroconsult.solutions under the woocommerce data structure. The data inputted by the user as part of third party payment provider are not stored on our website.

Backoffice

Once a payment is received or the checkout of a trial period is achieved, personal data are sent to a back office system. This back office system is hostedon a different hardware from the web site and is not exposed to internet as a web site. The back office keep invoices generated for the clients and license data (serial number, lincense key, expiry date).

Support

The backoffice system is also used to handle the support activities. It receives tickets from the clients send to support@sroconsult.solutions . The history of tickets received and replies written by the support team is kept in the backoffice system. Persons who are not client can also ask questions to the support team. In that case a public ticket is issued .Client tickets and public tickets are not populated to the website nor transferred to any third party.

Personal data are not transferred to external parties

7.    Data protection

Only those of our employees, who on behalf of their work are entitled to process customer data, are entitled to use the system containing personal data. The systems are protected by username and password.

The databases and their backup copies are stored at SRO consult premises. Backups are performed on a daily basis.

The personal data we collect in the back office system are retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless a longer retention period is required by law, or we need it to protect our legal rights. Thereafter, the personal data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe or rendered anonymous.

The personal data stored in the website woocommerce data structure will be deleted after 6 months.

8.    What are your rights ?

You have the right to inspect the personal data stored in our database concerning yourself and the right to demand rectification or erasure of the inaccurate, outdated, unnecessary and unlawful data.

You have the right to object or to demand restriction of the processing of your data and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Our services are not directed to children and we do not intend to collect personal data from children. We ask you not to use the services and not to provide any information about yourself to us if you are below the age, defined in your jurisdiction, requiring parental consent or authorization for processing of personal data.
